If you are buying a house, make sure the house is inspected fully before you make the commitment. Getting out of a bad contract is one of the most expensive thing and the reason why many people are in debt.

Save money Renting vs Buying a home

Renting can be cheaper in the short run. If you plan to stay in one home for a long period of time, you can consider buying the home providing the price is right, of course. Buying can give you tax breaks but renting is cheaper especially in this slow housing market where your home is unlikely to sell for profit. If you are renting, pay attention to the lease agreement, you may have to pay a lot of money to get out of a contract.
